Broadband Speed Test

in NBNOpticomm Fibre

If you believe you’re having speed issues or something doesn’t seem quite right with your internet connection, please do a speed test and send us the results:

A few things to note:

1. Click GO to perform the test.

2. Once completed, click COPY LINK and then Paste the result in an email to us.

3. Repeat this for approx 3 or 4 tests at various times (AM, PM, and Early Evening). This provides a daily snapshot the NBN require to investigate the issue.

4. These speed tests will test whatever connection you are currently using to connect to the internet.

5. Include any other information about your connection, i.e. when did the issue start, has there been any storms, when last did you turn off both the NBN box and your Modem/Router?

6. If you haven’t recently rebooted your router, please power off BOTH your NBN box and your Modem/Router for at least 5 minutes.

  • Then turn on the NBN box first and wait 2 min.
  • Then turn on the Modem/Router and wait for it to connect again.

7. Test your connection again and perform another speed test.
